Lesson #1
Being totally against pharmaceuticals and an avid advocate of God’s natural remedies it was very hard for me as a parent to deal with my son being diagnosed with AML-leukemia.
Even worse was finding out that when your child as a minor is diagnosed with leukemia in the USA, you, as the parent loose the right to treat them with natural remedies. The law requires that they go through the conventional route of chemotherapy. There is no two ways about it, chemotherapy is poison. Like Sherman’s march to the sea, it decimates all that is in its path both the good cells and the bad cells. The chemo is so toxic that even the nurses that give the treatments have to wear protective gear when they give the treatments and protective gloves if they touch the patient. How was I supposed to deal with this? How could I use natural remedies while they were pumping poisons into my son?
As I was thinking this out one day, a verse I had read previously popped into my mind. It was as if God said, “Do you trust me, or do you trust the natural remedies? Is my hand shortened, that it cannot save? or have I no power to deliver? (Isaiah 50:2, 59:1)
And I remember the promise of Christ himself. Mark 16:17,18 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
God is still in control and though things seem totally out of our hands, nothing is too hard for him, and no one can pluck us out of the palm of his hand.
John 10:28,29 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
Lesson #1.5 The Claims of the Law
One night, as I was driving back from the hospital where my son was undergoing chemotherapy for leukemia, I was lost in thought. As I drove into a small town I began looking for speed limit signs, but not quite fast enough. In the oncoming lane, I saw a police officer just as he made a u-turn, turned on his lights and pulled in behind me. I realized immediately that I probably was going to get a ticket for speeding.
He came to the window and said, “Ma’am you were going 15 miles per hour over the speed limit.” I said something about missing the sign and proceeded to pull my driver’s license out to hand to him. “Are you sleepy?” he asked. It was near midnight, but actually I was not falling asleep. “No, I mumbled, “my son is on chemo.” After asking how old my son was, he took my license to scan it. I knew I deserved a ticket, but still didn’t want it. I had enough to worry about right now.
Coming back to the window, he stated simply, “This looks good, but slow down so you can take care of your son. You have a good night, ma’am.”
Grace, I was experiencing grace. I knew what I had done was wrong, the law hadn’t changed, but I had been forgiven. Now, every time I drive through that small town, I am a very law abiding citizen. I always go the speed limit. I will never forget the kindness of that police officer to a mother in distress. We too are under grace. Christ died to make up for the fact that we have all broken the law, we were a planet in distress. The law could not be changed, but he died in our place to satisfy the claims of the law. We should never forget that sacrifice for us, and when we encounter the law of the heavenly kingdom, we with thanksgiving in our hearts, should be good commandment keeping citizens.
Lesson #2
When our son was diagnosed with leukemia, we, of course, like any good parents began to research not only what causes leukemia, but what was good to get rid of it. Our focus became connected almost immediately on diet even though we were already vegan. Finding several connections between leukemia and genetically modified foods (GMOs) and chemicals, we immediately began to make changes in our diet.
Eliminating ALL GMO Foods
Our first step was to cut out ALL GMO foods. We had no idea how many GMOs we were actually eating. So many things are made from corn and soy and other GMO foods. Our son had actually had an “allergic” reaction to regular cornflakes for a while, yet for some reason he could eat non-GMO corn flakes. (Now I recognize, of course, that cornflakes are made with not only corn flour, but contain corn syrup).
I began to wonder are GMO foods directly against one of the health laws of God recorded in the Bible. Could this be why the Israelites were told not to sow their fields with mingled seed?
Leviticus 19:19 Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed...
Deuteronomy 22:9 Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.

Cutting Unnecessary Chemicals and Going Organic
Our second step was to cut out unnecessary chemicals. We are still working on changing all our shampoo, lotion, soaps etc. Here is a link to the recipe page for some of our replacements. Personal Care Products and Cleaner Replacement Recipes
We began to buy about 75% of our food organic. This was quite a stretch on our very small budget, but I learned to shop in season as recommended in the Bible. Ecclesiates 10:17 Blessed art thou, O land, when thy king is the son of nobles, and thy princes eat in due season, for strength, and not for drunkenness! You don’t try to buy strawberries and peaches in the fall, but organic apples in the fall can be actually be similarly priced. Once in peach season I actually found organic peaches and nectarines at Costco that were cheaper than the conventionally grown variety. Organic bananas, carrots and potatoes could even be found at Walmart. If you’ve never eaten an organic banana, you should. The taste is so much better that conventional bananas. I know first hand that lots of chemicals are sprayed on conventional bananas, because when I used to stock conventional bananas for the banana rack in a “health food store” I always broke out in a terrible rash and would have to wash down my arms thoroughly each time.
I hear that even chimpanzees can taste the difference. According to a recent report from the Copenhagen Zoo. The zoo instituted a program recently to begin feeding its animals more organic foods, including bananas. According to zoo-keeper Niels Melchiorsen: “The chimpanzees are able to tell the difference between the organic and regular fruit. If we give them organic and traditional bananas, they systematically choose the organic bananas, which they eat with the skin on. But they peel the traditional bananas before eating them.”
Going organic has helped not only our son, but also me. I have developed an allergy to many chemicals including chlorinated water. Drinking it would often give me a headache for the rest of the day and just washing my hands in it would often give me a rash. A few times it made me sick for several days. I have not had near the problem with this since I began eating mostly organic.
For help in deciding how to prioritize organic buying here is the Dirty Dozen list and also the Clean 15
Included on the Dirty Dozen(highest pesticide) list are:
1. Apples
2. Celery
3. Sweet bell peppers
4. Peaches
5. Strawberries
6. Imported nectarines
7. Grapes
8. Spinach
9. Lettuce
10. Cucumbers
11. Domestic blueberries
12. Potatoes
And on the "Dirty Dozen Plus" list:
+ Green beans
+ Kale/collard greens
The fruits and vegetables with the least amount of pesticide residue make up a list of the “Clean 15":
1. Onions
2. Sweet corn
3. Pineapples
4. Avocado
5. Cabbage
6. Sweet peas
7. Asparagus
8. Mangoes
9. Eggplant
10. Kiwi
11. Domestic cantaloupe
12. Sweet potatoes
13. Grapefruit
14. Watermelon
15. Mushrooms
Alkalinizing our Diet
Our next step was eat more alkaline foods. Basically the more acid reacting food you eat the sicker you will be. This has to do with actually how the food reacts with your body and not with the original form of the food. For example, lemon juice and vinegar are both acidic, but lemon juice turns alkaline in your body.
Here is a PDF of the acid/alkaline food chart we have followed.

I learned rather quickly that the most acidic (the red section) foods we already did not consume in our diet. This included beer, coffee, tea, pork, beef, tuna and artificial sweeteners. These were most obviously part of Daniel’s Miracle Diet.
What really surprised me though was that corn and wheat, some of our staple foods were still quite acidic. I remembered a quote from an 1800’s health reformer. All wheat flour is not best for a continuous diet. A mixture of wheat, oatmeal, and rye would be more nutritious than the wheat with the nutrifying properties separated from it. {CD 321.1} Of course biblically speaking when God listed the ingredients for a loaf of bread it was also a mixture of several grains. Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches[spelt], and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof… Ezekiel 4:9 So, of course, this is exactly what we implemented. We added spelt, millet, quinoa to our diet. They are all much more alkaline. Spelt works essentially the same as wheat. Millet lacks the gluten and will create a crumbly result, thus it must be mixed with other flours. We found that quinoa cooks faster than rice and makes a great addition to the diet.
My husband’s favorite food - peanut butter - is also quite acid, and again the words of the same 18oo’s health reformer rang true. Almonds are preferable to peanuts; but peanuts, in limited quantities, may be used in connection with grains to make nourishing and digestible food. {CD 364.4} Sure enough, almonds are alkaline. My son has found them very beneficial since his diagnosis.
Leafy greens and the herb of the field are the most alkaline. Just what God gave us after the curse of sin. Gen 3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
Gen 3:18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
We found out by experimenting - that the more alkaline food our son ate the faster his ANC went up. When he ate celery soup it went up. When he ate gluten - a wheat product - it sent it back down. There is no need to be extreme with your diet and remove all acidic foods. At the same time, very acidic foods should be avoided. You should aim for a 70/30 ratio between alkaline and acid foods. Those who are fighting disease should balance more at an 80/20 ratio.
The spiritual application of this diet cannot be bypassed. We live in an acid world, full of sin. We should never even frequent the really sinful acid places- bars, theaters, acid rock concerts. Sometimes though in order to survive we may encounter some moderately acid places-Bad pictures in the grocery store, gory Halloween decorations at Walmart, etc. In order to balance out the acid-sin that we will inevitably encounter we must be eating of the leaves of the tree of life, we must be reading the Word of God. If at any time our balance of alkaline to acid is the wrong direction we will become infected with sin. Like Enoch of old, we must spend enough time in prayer and Bible study that sin will be objectionable to us.
When men submit entirely to God, eating the bread of life and drinking the water of salvation, they will grow up into Christ. Their characters are composed of that which the mind eats and drinks. Through the Word of life, which they receive and obey, they become partakers of the divine nature. Then their entire service is after the divine similitude, and Christ, not man, is exalted.--Letter 64, May 2, 1900, to a lay family in Massachusetts. {UL 136.5}
Other Helpful Foods
Here are a few more foods that we have found very helpful in dealing with the symptoms of leukemia and also of chemotherapy. Many of these my son has craved just as he got the symptom they were needed for, often before I found them as natural remedies.
Lemon juice mixed with water-About 5 lemons or a ¼ cup a day - helps counteract negative side effects of Chemotherapy
Ginger-mixed in soymilk for nausea
Cooked onions- contain quercitin - fights cancer
Carob Rice milk to take nasty pills with and it also is anti-diarrhea
Prunes-for constipation caused by medications
Dried figs and other iron rich foods for anemia
Almonds that have components that are said to fight cancer
Any concentrated form of chlorophyll- kamut grass, parsley etc. - highly alkaline (this will raise you platelet levels very quickly-We hope to post the graphs of his labs soon)
Turmeric as color in Non-GMO tofu.
Carrots, Cabbage, Broccoli, Celery, etc.
Herbs for use when not on other drugs:
Red Clover
Pau d’arco
Aloe Vera Juice or Capsules
Milk Thistle
Dandelion
We are also currently trying Clay-Green is good on exterior for tumors (which we don't have with leukemia), Bentonite-internally
Yellow Dock Root for Anemia
Hawthorne-for the heart, because many of the chemo drugs may cause heart problems even years later
Lesson #3
One morning, I was talking with my oldest daughter. I was a little upset because my son’s ANC was at "0" at that point and we were having a hard time getting it to go up. He was on multiple antibiotics because he had c. difficile - a bacteria found quite often in hospitals especially after multiple antibiotics and with a suppressed immune system. It is not uncommon for those with suppressed immune systems to die of it. His first 2 doses of the 2nd round of chemo had landed him in ICU with fevers of 106 and very low blood pressure, and as hospital protocol goes, once he is in ICU they don’t allow us to refuse many of the drugs. So he had been on multiple antibiotics before this. Most of what I knew to do for getting his ANC to go up was food, and that doesn’t work very well if you can’t get him to eat. So I had been desperately praying for wisdom from God as to what to do, and for the second time in this round of chemo I was wondering if my son was going to live.
While I was despairing to my daughter and we were talking about giving my son a cold mitten friction hydrotherapy treatment that is supposed to stimulate the red and white blood cells, I happened to glance down at my Bible that had been opened for morning worship. This verse caught my eye, even though it wasn’t underlined and there were others around it that were.
Thus saith the LORD; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the LORD; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy. And there is hope in thine end, saith the LORD, that thy children shall come again to their own border. Jeremiah 31:16,17
That day when we went to the hospital, we gave a cold mitten friction to my son. I told him, “Your ANC will be up tomorrow.” This was actually quite unlikely since his ANC had stagnated at zero for quite awhile.
He said, “How do you know?”
I replied, “’Cause my Bible tells me so, and it is the sure word of prophecy, and it say’s my work shall be rewarded.”
The next day, sure enough, his ANC was 11. We are continuing the cold mitten friction and it has gone up steadily with no regressions so far. Praise the Lord for his natural remedies!
Lesson #4
Recently, I also realized how much God has blessed the refusal of everything we are allowed to refuse. We believe that drugs never cure disease.
Drugs never cure disease. They only change its form and location. Nature alone is the effectual restorer, and how much better can she perform her task if left to herself! But this privilege is seldom allowed her. If crippled nature bears up under the load, and finally accomplishes in a measure her double task, and the patient lives, the credit is given to the physician. But if nature fails in her effort to expel the poison from the system, and the patient dies, it is called a wonderful dispensation of Providence. If the patient had taken a course to relieve overburdened nature in season, and understandingly used pure, soft water, this dispensation of drug mortality might have been wholly averted. The use of water can accomplish but little, if the patient does not realize the necessity of strict attention to his diet. {RH, September 5, 1899 par. 4}
When drugs are introduced into the system,
they may for a time seem to have a beneficial effect. A change may take place,
but the disease is not cured. It will manifest itself in some other form. In nature's efforts to expel the drug from
the system, intense suffering is sometimes caused the patient. The disease that
the drug was given to cure may disappear, but only to reappear in a new form,
such as skin diseases, ulcers, painful diseased joints, and sometimes in a more
dangerous and deadly form. The liver, heart, and brain are frequently affected
by drugs, and often all these organs are burdened with disease; and the
unfortunate subjects, if they live, are invalids for life, wearily dragging out
a miserable existence. Oh, how much that poisonous drug cost! If it did not
cost the life, it cost quite too much. Nature has been crippled in all her
efforts. The whole machinery is out of order, and at a future period in life,
when these fine works, which have been injured, are to be relied upon to act a
more important part in union with all the fine works of nature's machinery,
they cannot readily and strongly perform their labor, and the whole system
feels the lack. These organs, which should be in a healthy condition, are
enfeebled, and the blood becomes impure. Nature keeps struggling, and the
patient suffers with different ailments, until there is a sudden break-down,
and death follows. More die from the use
of drugs than would die from disease, were nature left to do her own work. {RH, September 5, 1899 par. 6}
Look it up, America's healthcare-system-induced deaths are the third leading cause of the death in the U.S., after heart disease and cancer.
As we have studied out drugs and their side effects one by one, we realize the truth of this statement. There is not one reference in the story of Christ where he made use of drugs, on the contrary he made use of clay as a natural remedy combined with a miracle (which is really what any healing is) at least once and cured a woman who had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, Mark 5:26
Each drug we have studied has multiple side effects. One can cause congestive heart failure later in life. Others literally rot out the bones. Most affect the mind-these are the ones we have tried the hardest to refuse. As I have talked with other parents in the oncology department I realize how much God has blessed us. We refused morphine, a narcotic related to heroin and opium, and very addictive.
Incidentally, one reason we are so against things that effect the mind is that is our connection with God. Someone related the story to me of a friend who was in the hospital on morphine. They were asked if they wanted to attend their father’s funeral. They answered no, but this was not the answer they would have given if it weren’t for the morphine. If drugs can separate us from our earthly father, shouldn’t we think seriously about the way they affect our relationship with our heavenly Father?
My son has consistently refused almost all the pain killers, most of which mess with the mind. We also have previously experienced the fact that pain killers can actually slow down the healing process. My husband, sister and I all had our wisdom teeth removed using the same surgeon. She threw up all her pain meds, but healed faster. I was nursing and refused to take any pain medications. I healed faster. My husband, who at that point didn’t know any better actually took his pain medications. His healing process was much slower and he stated that his healing process did not seem to start until he quit taking the medications. It was not a difference in the size of the roots of the teeth, because we could compare them and the dentist actually mentioned how long the roots of my teeth were.
Recently my son was even throwing up due to a reaction to an antibiotic they were giving and we refused the new antiemetic that was hallucinogenic and addictive. God blessed, and ginger took care of the problem. Many children are on numerous-as many as 7 antiemetics, some of which are marijuana derivatives. Although my son has had some pain, with a few exceptions it has not been intense. Instead of being out of it, God has protected his mind. He is either awake or asleep. Psalm 127:2 …for so he giveth his beloved sleep. Only once in ICU did he seem a little out of it just as he was waking up. His nurse asked if he needed anything and he mumbled something about, “I need a nurse who can recite the 10 commandments.” My special thanks to the Great Physician, who created our bodies to heal.
Psalm 103:1-3 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Lesson #5
When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. Isaiah 43:2.
While driving home from the hospital late one Thursday night, I began to get sleepy and my daughter and I started to sing Psalm 61 to keep myself awake. I know I’m not really a good driver. If I slide, I’m not sure I’ll steer the right way, so I pray for help constantly. Not too far into the song I swerved slightly, but the result was a pattern of swerving back and forth across my two lanes. It felt as if someone was swerving my steering wheel. My daughter yelled, “Stop!” thinking maybe I had gone to sleep. Finally, the swerving evened out and as I looked at the wet and snowy surroundings I realized I must have hit black ice.
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Psalm 91:11,12
When I called my husband and related the story to him, he reiterated my thoughts, “you better say a special thank you to God for your angels because if you hit black ice, that is not the reaction you get. You would have spun out of control. I feel sure that my angels took the wheel and guided me safely, but what puzzled me was why they let me swerve all over the road, obviously they can drive better than that. The only conclusion I could come to was that they wanted me to know that I was being protected. As I talked with my husband in the next few days, I began to realize why. As my son’s counts were at rock bottom and he got a bacterial infection in the blood, his fever spiked and his blood pressure plummeted - I again began to feel like my life was swerving out of control. But this object lesson helps me to remember that God is at the wheel, and even when I am only seeing the swerving, HE is still ultimately in control.
It reminded me of this story…
When I voyaged from Portland, Maine, to Boston, many years ago, a storm came upon us, and the great waves dashed us to and fro. The chandeliers fell, and the trunks were rolled from side to side, like balls. The passengers were frightened, and many were screaming, waiting in expectation of death.
After a while the pilot came on board. The captain stood near the pilot as he took the wheel, and expressed fear about the course in which the ship was directed. "Will you take the wheel?" asked the pilot. The captain was not ready to do that, for he knew that he lacked experience. Then some of the passengers grew uneasy, and said they feared the pilot would dash them upon the rocks. "Will you take the wheel?" asked the pilot; but they knew that they could not manage the wheel.
When you think that the work is in danger, pray, "Lord stand at the wheel. Carry us through the perplexity. Bring us safely into port." Have we not reason to believe that the Lord will bring us through triumphantly? . . .
You cannot with your finite minds understand the working of all the providences of God. Let God take care of His own work. {FLB 282}
We are sorry to announce the death of our son on June 9, 2013. At the end of April blood tests showed the leukemia had returned in full force. His blast count was 56%. By the grace of God and multiple natural remedies Trenton lived an amazing 6 weeks. Five days before he died his blood test suggested that the leukemia itself seemed to be retreating. Trenton's blast count was down to 23%. Even his white blood cell count was about 2/3 less than when we took him to the hospital originally. Unfortunately, the chemo had weakened his heart and tired out his bone marrow and even with all the natural remedies it could not replace all the lost red blood cells and platelets fast enough.
Trenton told us if he didn't wake up he would meet us on the sea of glass and we believe that God in his mercy gave him health just long enough to save his soul. We remain firm believers in the power of natural remedies and got to see many of them work. We also remain strong in the Lord and thank him for His mercy of giving us many blessed times together as a family and also for being (along with hot and cold treatments) Trenton's only pain killer. We thank God for cushioning the blow of death as much as possible for us and we look forward to seeing Trenton on the resurrection day. We encourage others to continue all the remedies in Shop for a Cure remembering that "An ounce of Prevention is worth a pound of Cure." We also encourage all to invest in the Faith that Trenton loved to sing about. "Faith is the Victory that overcomes the World"

The "Chemodo" Dragon Lesson
Pro 23:32 At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder.
Ever hear of how Komodo dragons kill their prey. They bite them and even if the prey gets away, the poisons from the bite slowly kill off the prey. The komodo dragon will follow its prey, sometimes for weeks, just waiting for it to die.
In 2009, researchers concluded that Komodo dragons produce venom whose toxins cause the prey animal to go into shock and decrease its blood from clotting. Biologists had believed that bacteria in the dragon's mouth infected the bitten animal and caused its death. Scientists had found some 50 different bacterial strains, at least seven of which are highly septic, in the saliva. If a bitten deer somehow maneuvers away and escapes immediate death, chances are that its victory, and it, will be short-lived. The venom from the Komodo bite will probably kill it within one week; its attacker, or more likely other Komodos, will then consume it, usually as a group. The Komodo bite is not deadly to another Komodo, however. Dragons wounded in battle with their comrades appear to be unaffected by the otherwise deadly venom. http://nationalzoo.si.edu/animals/reptilesamphibians/facts/factsheets/komododragon.cfm
Unfortunately, this is also the way drugs, and chemo in particular, work. For a time, it may look as though you have escaped the mouth of the "chemo monster" but in the end the results of the poison will take its toll. Drugs never cure disease!
A team of researchers from Washington State recently uncovered the deadly truth about chemotherapy while investigating why prostate cancer cells are so difficult to eradicate using conventional treatment methods.
As it turns out, chemotherapy does not actually treat or cure cancer at all, according to the study’s findings, but rather fuels the growth and spread of cancer cells, making them much harder to stamp out once chemotherapy has already been initiated.
Published in the journal Nature Medicine, the shock findings which, not surprisingly, are being ignored by the mainstream scientific community, highlight in full detail how chemotherapy causes healthy cells to release a protein that actually feeds cancer cells and causes them to thrive and proliferate. The researchers observed up to 30-fold increases in WNT production – a finding that was "completely unexpected," Nelson said.
According to the study, chemotherapy induces healthy cells to release WNT16B, a protein that helps promote cancer cell survival and growth. Chemotherapy also definitively damages the DNA of healthy cells, a long-term detriment that persists long after chemotherapy treatment is stopped. “WNT16B, when secreted, would interact with nearby tumor cells and cause them to grow, invade, and importantly, resist subsequent therapy,” explained study co-author Peter Nelson from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington, about the findings.
In my words, it creates a chemo-cancer monster that bites and makes the cancer worse and harder to fight. Interestingly enough the proteins the Komodo Dragon uses to kill its prey are very similiar to the effects of chemotherapy. The known functions of these proteins include inhibition of blood clotting, lowering of blood pressure, muscle paralysis, and the induction of hypothermia, leading to shock and loss of consciousness in envenomated prey.
In another study Kevin Oeffinger, Director of the Program for Adult Survivors of Pediatric Cancer, recently found evidence that childhood cancer survivors and their physicians may not be sufficiently aware of the long-term effects of their treatments. The pervasiveness of late effects became clear in 2006 when a CCSS study led by Dr. Oeffinger and published in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) found that 73.4 percent of pediatric cancer survivors will develop a chronic health problem within three decades of diagnosis, with 42.4 percent experiencing severe, life-threatening, disabling, or fatal conditions, such as heart attacks and second cancers. http://www.mskcc.org/magazine/may-2009/late-effects-childhood-treatment
Isn't that just like the devil's way and sin, it may seem ok for awhile but the end is still death.
Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
May we all choose God's way the first time instead of playing with the dragon.
